Mischa Barton seriously wants to help, wait for the punchline...the hungry children?

It's quite evident I've become very seriously jaded because when i snicker at shit like this...i snicker again. First Mischa Barton; like the "OC - The Series/Marissa" and then a very thin resume Mischa Barton (no pun intended, okay maybe just a little). Second, of course she helps out in Africa. You can almost see the balloon caption appearing in this pic. But here's what really gets my goat: between the Africa story and the American Red Cross ad is her, shilling her purses.

I mean do I donate to the UN, the American Red Cross or do i buy that fabulous Mischa purse??? Decisions, decisions! By the way in full disclosure I am on Team Rachael (as in Bilson) and I like where she shills her fashion line; in magazines.

ShaqFu 2.0...or how I fell back in love with a 7'1"/325 lb. man!

Very rarely do I get as giddy as a school girl from something posted on Twitter (well their was that post by Sarah Lacy about her...in boots...in a picture), but when my good friend Pete from Mashable posted that Shaquille O'Neil was twittering "for reals" on Twitter, well be still my beating heart.

Now my relationship with Shaq is complicated, mostly because of our messy divorce back in 2004.  ( I have the same feelings for the St. Louis Rams and the Oakland Raider.  Abandonment issues according to my well paid therapist).

But yet here he shows up on Twitter and I am like over myself. So here's a huge Twitter welcome to virtual Shaq and please come back home baby...all is forgiven.

Not so easy running a multi-billion dollar business that everyone wants and/or needs...

This post is specifically aimed at that sanctimonious twit that runs that company named after a fruit. Not only did his darling phone launch run into some major problems, but now his coveted cloud service is giving even a high level blogger fits. Look I don't hate Apple, as I have used their products and found them quite extraordinary: I'm just saying, give Ballmer and Gates a break from time to time.
